實(shi)驗原理:
電(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(Electrical discharge machining, EDM)是通(tong)(tong)過在工(gong)(gong)具(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極和工(gong)(gong)件(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極之間施加(jia)高(gao)頻脈沖(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓來將工(gong)(gong)具(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極和工(gong)(gong)件(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極表(biao)面(mian)之間某一相(xiang)對間隙最小(xiao)處(chu)或絕緣強度最低(di)處(chu)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作液介質電(dian)(dian)(dian)擊穿(chuan),從而使工(gong)(gong)具(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極和工(gong)(gong)件(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極之間不斷產生(sheng)脈沖(chong)性的(de)火(huo)花(hua)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),火(huo)花(hua)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)所形成(cheng)的(de)等離子(zi)體(ti)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)溫(wen)度高(gao)達5000~7000K,足以(yi)將任何金屬材料熔化(hua)和汽化(hua)而蝕除,因此每一次放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)都(dou)會在工(gong)(gong)具(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極和工(gong)(gong)件(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極上(shang)形成(cheng)一個很小(xiao)的(de)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)凹坑。
測試(shi)儀器:ATA-61520功率放大器、函數發生器(qi)、電火花加工系統(tong)、模具鋼板(ban)。
實驗過(guo)程:
搭建該電火花加工系統采用了ATA-61520功率放大器,如圖1所示,電火花加工電源系統;實物圖如圖2所示,其中,函數發生器產生高頻脈沖信號,ATA-61520功率放大器將高頻信號進行放大,產生電火花加工所必須的大功率高頻脈沖電壓。

實(shi)驗結果(guo):
ATA-61520功率放大器搭所構成的高頻超短脈寬電源進行了電火花加工實驗研究,圖3、4為在模具鋼上加工的異型孔,采用彎曲銅電極加工出來曲孔,采用柱狀銅電極加工出來高精度深小孔。

ATA-61520功率放大器能夠在大功率條件下提供高頻電壓,且具有使用方便、精度高、穩定性高、性價比高等特點,非常適用于需要高頻大功率脈寬電源的加工領域中,通過實驗證實了該電源在電加工中使用的優勢。
