  1引言

  超聲(sheng)波馬達(da)又稱超聲(sheng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ultrasonicmotor,簡稱USM)20世紀80年(nian)代才誕(dan)生(sheng)的(de)一種全新概(gai)念電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)種類.超聲(sheng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)采(cai)用與傳統的(de)電(dian)(dian)磁式電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)截然不同的(de)全新的(de)原理和全新的(de)結(jie)構形式,不需要(yao)磁鐵和線圈,而(er)(er)利用壓電(dian)(dian)材(cai)料的(de)逆壓電(dian)(dian)效應(ying)激發(fa)某種特定模態的(de)超聲(sheng)振(zhen)動(dong),定子通過摩擦驅(qu)動(dong)轉子運動(dong),從而(er)(er)獲得機(ji)(ji)械輸出(chu)的(de)一種驅(qu)動(dong)器[1]

  超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)馬達的(de)應用是壓(ya)(ya)電陶瓷發展(zhan)的(de)一個直(zhi)接結果利用外加交變(bian)電場,使壓(ya)(ya)電陶瓷交變(bian)伸(shen)縮(suo),超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)馬達就是利用壓(ya)(ya)電陶資的(de)這種(zhong)交變(bian)伸(shen)縮(suo),這種(zhong)伸(shen)縮(suo)振動的(de)振幅(fu)非常(chang)小,所以(yi)超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)馬達要在諧振頻率(lv)處激發超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)馬達的(de)定(ding)子振動.

  雖然(ran)超(chao)聲馬達的(de)(de)定子的(de)(de)振幅(fu)只有1μm左右,但是由于超(chao)聲振動(dong)頻(pin)率一般(ban)都(dou)在20kHz以(yi)上,所(suo)以(yi)超(chao)聲波馬達也可以(yi)獲得(de)很高(gao)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速(su).超(chao)聲電機具有扭矩/質量比大(da)、結構緊湊、低速(su)大(da)扭矩、響應快、換向迅(xun)速(su)、無(wu)電磁噪聲干(gan)擾和(he)控制性(xing)好等優點,在機器(qi)人、精密儀(yi)器(qi)儀(yi)表、醫療器(qi)械、航(hang)空航(hang)天以(yi)及新型武器(qi)裝備(bei)等領域有著廣泛的(de)(de)應用前景[2]

  本文針對(dui)超聲(sheng)(sheng)波電機的(de)特點,設計了(le)一套驅動控制電路,利用該驅動系(xi)統對(dui)所制作的(de)超聲(sheng)(sheng)波電機進行實驗,得到了(le)令(ling)人較滿意的(de)結(jie)果.

  2驅動原理簡介

  我們設(she)計的(de)(de)超(chao)聲(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機是利(li)用逆壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)效(xiao)應(ying),逆壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)效(xiao)應(ying)是在壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)材(cai)料的(de)(de)相應(ying)部位間(jian)(jian)加上電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)一定的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷分布,材(cai)料會發生(sheng)(sheng)相應(ying)的(de)(de)形(xing)變(bian),在此種壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)材(cai)料上加上某種特定頻(pin)率的(de)(de)交變(bian)正弦信(xin)號(hao),材(cai)料就會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)隨(sui)所加電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)變(bian)化規律而變(bian)化的(de)(de)機械(xie)形(xing)變(bian).這種機械(xie)形(xing)變(bian)推動周圍介質振(zhen)動,產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)疏密相間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)機械(xie)波,如果(guo)其振(zhen)動頻(pin)率在超(chao)聲(sheng)范(fan)圍,這種機械(xie)波就叫超(chao)聲(sheng)波.

  3超聲電機(ji)對電路的要求

  超(chao)聲(sheng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的應(ying)用離不開驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)路,其特殊的驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)理要求驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)必須提(ti)供超(chao)聲(sheng)頻段內的正弦交流電(dian)(dian),驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)通常(chang)為DC-AC型逆變器(qi)(qi).驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)路性(xing)能的優劣,不僅關(guan)系到超(chao)聲(sheng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的輸出性(xing)能,也會影響其應(ying)用.對驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)路而言,超(chao)聲(sheng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)是(shi)一個容性(xing)負載,因此超(chao)聲(sheng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)路的設計不同于呈電(dian)(dian)感性(xing)的傳(chuan)統電(dian)(dian)磁型電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)設計.

  圖一表(biao)明微(wei)型(xing)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)超(chao)(chao)聲電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)輸人電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)峰-峰值(zhi))越大(da),轉速越大(da);圖表(biao)明微(wei)型(xing)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)超(chao)(chao)聲電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)輸人電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)越大(da),其輸入功(gong)率(lv)(lv)也相應增(zeng)大(da),因(yin)此如果想使超(chao)(chao)聲電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)輸出(chu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)增(zeng)大(da),就必須提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),具體數值(zhi)取決(jue)于超(chao)(chao)聲電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)所采用的(de)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)材料的(de)性能(neng),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)過高,會(hui)使壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)材料破裂(lie);電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)過低(di),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)無法轉動(dong)[5]

  不同的超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)電機具有不同的驅動電壓(ya)工(gong)(gong)作范圍和最(zui)佳工(gong)(gong)作頻率.因而,超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)電機驅動電路不僅要能夠輸出(chu)高頻高壓(ya)信號,而且(qie)其頻率、幅值都(dou)應該(gai)是可調(diao)的.超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)電機在(zai)實(shi)際(ji)工(gong)(gong)作中,必(bi)須(xu)通(tong)過控(kong)制電路進行調(diao)速(su).

  4超(chao)聲波(bo)電機的驅動電路

  根據以上壓電(dian)超聲(sheng)(sheng)馬(ma)達(da)的(de)(de)電(dian)學特(te)性,我們(men)知道,壓電(dian)超聲(sheng)(sheng)馬(ma)達(da)工(gong)作時首先必(bi)須(xu)在諧(xie)振狀(zhuang)態下即外電(dian)路(lu)驅動與定子自身產(chan)生諧(xie)振,這樣超聲(sheng)(sheng)馬(ma)達(da)才能正(zheng)常工(gong)作.壓電(dian)馬(ma)達(da)的(de)(de)許多特(te)性都與超聲(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)機的(de)(de)諧(xie)振密切相關,最突出的(de)(de)一點(dian)就(jiu)是(shi)工(gong)作時頻(pin)率(lv)的(de)(de)范圍(wei)比較(jiao)窄(zhai),一般2-3kHz左右.

  針對我們小組研制的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)超聲的(de)(de)(de)特(te)點,使用Multisim模(mo)擬設(she)計整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(如圖3).驅動電(dian)(dian)路(lu)正常工作(zuo)時,VCC提(ti)供(gong)整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)源,在(zai)實際使用中用干電(dian)(dian)池來提(ti)供(gong)直流電(dian)(dian).這個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)主要包(bao)含(han)部(bu)分模(mo)塊:信號(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)產(chan)生,信號(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)移相,功率的(de)(de)(de)放大(da),信號(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)輸出.

  信(xin)號(hao)的產生是(shi)(shi)由LlL2和(he)C5組成的振蕩(dang)回(hui)路(lu),振蕩(dang)電路(lu)信(xin)號(hao)的放(fang)大(da)是(shi)(shi)由一(yi)個(ge)NPN共射(she)晶(jing)體(ti)管Q6和(he)其他(ta)相關元件實現(xian)振蕩(dang)電路(lu)信(xin)號(hao)的正反(fan)饋(kui)是(shi)(shi)從放(fang)大(da)器(qi)的集(ji)電極通(tong)過一(yi)個(ge)電容(rong)連(lian)接(jie)回(hui)LC振蕩(dang)回(hui)路(lu),經過放(fang)大(da)后(hou),輸(shu)出單(dan)相信(xin)號(hao)(如圖4).

  將振(zhen)蕩回(hui)路(lu)產生的(de)(de)初(chu)始(shi)信號(hao)分出一路(lu)接入第NPN共射晶體管(guan)Ql之中,對(dui)輸入信號(hao)產生了180度的(de)(de)移相,從而(er)我們得(de)到了兩路(lu)電(dian)壓峰(feng)(feng)峰(feng)(feng)值相等,相位相差的(de)(de)信號(hao),如圖5.

  為了得到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)峰峰值比較高的(de)(de)超聲信號,我(wo)們(men)使用了所(suo)謂推挽(wan)式的(de)(de)逆變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,即圖(tu)中(zhong)由對大(da)功(gong)率的(de)(de)達林頓管Q2、Q3、Q4、Q5組(zu)成(cheng)組(zu)信號放大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(Q2和Q5一組(zu),Q3和Q4一組(zu)).將前面所(suo)得到(dao)的(de)(de)路相差(cha)為180度(du)的(de)(de)信號用來控制(zhi)這兩(liang)組(zu)信號放大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)導(dao)通(tong)和關斷(duan)(duan).因此(ci)當(dang)Q2和Q5導(dao)通(tong),Q3和Q4關斷(duan)(duan)時(shi)輸出(chu)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)正半周(zhou)(zhou);當(dang)Q3和Q4關斷(duan)(duan),Q2和Q5導(dao)通(tong)時(shi)輸出(chu)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)負半周(zhou)(zhou).所(suo)以Q2、Q5和Q3、Q4輪流(liu)導(dao)通(tong)時(shi),在(zai)小型升壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器兩(liang)端(duan)就可(ke)以得到(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)信號(圖(tu)6).另外,為了控制(zhi)超聲電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)正反(fan)轉,我(wo)們(men)使用單刀雙擲的(de)(de)開關將輸出(chu)信號與壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)超聲電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)定子連(lian)接起來,從而實現了超聲電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機順時(shi)針和逆時(shi)針的(de)(de)切換,如圖(tu)7所(suo)示.

  在(zai)理(li)論上設計(ji)完電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)之(zhi)后,我們(men)使用Protel將整(zheng)個電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)模擬設計(ji)成(cheng)結構緊湊、裝(zhuang)配元(yuan)(yuan)器(qi)件(jian)方便的(de)(de)(de)(de)印制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)板即PCB板,如(ru)圖(tu)8所示.因為我們(men)小(xiao)組設計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一部分(fen)微(wei)型超聲(sheng)馬達(da)(da)只需(xu)要(yao)小(xiao)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)驅動信(xin)號(輸入電(dian)(dian)壓峰(feng)(feng)峰(feng)(feng)值(zhi)小(xiao)于60V),就采(cai)用低功(gong)(gong)率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子元(yuan)(yuan)器(qi)件(jian),即圖(tu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)實物圖(tu),還有一部分(fen)超聲(sheng)馬達(da)(da)要(yao)使用大(da)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)驅動信(xin)號(輸入電(dian)(dian)壓峰(feng)(feng)峰(feng)(feng)值(zhi)達(da)(da)到160V),我們(men)采(cai)用大(da)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子元(yuan)(yuan)器(qi)件(jian),所以電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)體(ti)積要(yao)稍大(da)一些,如(ru)圖(tu)10.整(zheng)個電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓峰(feng)(feng)峰(feng)(feng)值(zhi)可(ke)以通過(guo)圖(tu)3的(de)(de)(de)(de)R8來進(jin)行(xing)調節(jie).

  我(wo)們用設(she)計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)電路成(cheng)功(gong)地驅動(dong)了小組所研制的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)電超聲電機,運轉性(xing)能良好(hao),實現了初期的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標,該電路易于起振、工作穩定、安(an)全可靠,是較好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)電超聲電機驅動(dong)器。
