實驗名稱:電卡制冷器件性能測試系統
實(shi)驗(yan)目的(de):搭建測(ce)試(shi)系統(tong)實(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置,對電卡制(zhi)冷(leng)器件(jian)的(de)制(zhi)冷(leng)性能進行實(shi)驗(yan)研究有著(zhu)重要的(de)作用,而目前已提出的(de)電卡制(zhi)冷(leng)裝(zhuang)置大多仍處于理論(lun)分(fen)析和仿真(zhen)模擬階段,缺乏(fa)有效的(de)實(shi)驗(yan)結(jie)果(guo)分(fen)析。

測(ce)試(shi)設備:高壓(ya)放大器、信號發生器、數據(ju)采集(ji)儀、電腦等。

電卡制冷裝置性(xing)能測試系(xi)(xi)統主要(yao)包含三部(bu)分:電卡制冷器件、控(kong)制電系(xi)(xi)統和溫度測量系(xi)(xi)統。
基于熱電(dian)(dian)熱開(kai)關的電(dian)(dian)卡制冷(leng)(leng)裝置由熱電(dian)(dian)模塊、熱側(ce)(ce)熱電(dian)(dian)熱開(kai)關、冷(leng)(leng)側(ce)(ce)熱電(dian)(dian)熱開(kai)關、鋁(lv)翅片散熱器、微(wei)型陶瓷電(dian)(dian)阻加熱片和保溫隔熱材料組(zu)成。
在基于熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)開(kai)關(guan)的電(dian)(dian)卡制(zhi)(zhi)冷器(qi)(qi)件中(zhong),電(dian)(dian)卡模塊驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)路用于驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)卡元件產生電(dian)(dian)卡效(xiao)應,熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)開(kai)關(guan)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)路則是用于控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)由熱(re)(re)源向散(san)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的熱(re)(re)流,兩(liang)(liang)者相(xiang)輔相(xiang)成,相(xiang)互耦合,才能使(shi)電(dian)(dian)卡制(zhi)(zhi)冷器(qi)(qi)件良(liang)好地運行。本研究中(zhong)使(shi)用電(dian)(dian)磁繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)開(kai)關(guan)來控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)兩(liang)(liang)套電(dian)(dian)路的聯動(dong)。
電(dian)(dian)卡模塊(kuai)驅(qu)動電(dian)(dian)路主要(yao)(yao)包括信(xin)號(hao)(hao)發生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)和(he)高壓(ya)放(fang)大器(qi),因為(wei)多層(ceng)電(dian)(dian)容式電(dian)(dian)卡元件的(de)驅(qu)動電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)較大,而一(yi)般的(de)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)發生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)最大只能產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)10V的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)信(xin)號(hao)(hao),因此(ci)需經過(guo)高壓(ya)放(fang)大器(qi)進行放(fang)大。由(you)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)發生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)低壓(ya)直流信(xin)號(hao)(hao)經過(guo)高壓(ya)放(fang)大器(qi)按照一(yi)定(ding)的(de)比例放(fang)大后變為(wei)高壓(ya)直流信(xin)號(hao)(hao),之(zhi)后經由(you)電(dian)(dian)磁繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)開關控制(zhi)變為(wei)高壓(ya)方波(bo)信(xin)號(hao)(hao),通過(guo)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)銅絲和(he)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)銅片作(zuo)用于(yu)電(dian)(dian)卡模塊(kuai)中并聯的(de)電(dian)(dian)卡元件陣(zhen)列,產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)卡效應。

溫度測量系統主要由銅-康銅T型熱電(dian)偶、安捷倫數據采集儀和(he)計(ji)算機組成。
實驗結果:
主(zhu)要(yao)介(jie)紹(shao)了(le)電(dian)(dian)卡(ka)制(zhi)冷(leng)器(qi)件制(zhi)冷(leng)性能測試(shi)系統(tong),包(bao)括的電(dian)(dian)卡(ka)制(zhi)冷(leng)器(qi)件、控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)系統(tong)和(he)溫度測量系統(tong)。其中涉及電(dian)(dian)卡(ka)制(zhi)冷(leng)器(qi)件搭建過程中所需(xu)的實(shi)驗材料和(he)設備(bei)以及搭建流程。介(jie)紹(shao)了(le)控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)系統(tong)中電(dian)(dian)卡(ka)模塊驅動電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)和(he)熱電(dian)(dian)熱開關控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)的構造和(he)所需(xu)設備(bei),分析了(le)依靠電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)開關實(shi)現兩個電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)耦合的工作(zuo)原理。同時,對溫度測量系統(tong)所需(xu)的實(shi)驗設備(bei)和(he)工作(zuo)原理進(jin)行闡述。
