電壓放大器在SPGD AO系統的波前校正實驗中的應用
實驗名稱:基于(yu)SPGD AO系統(tong)的波(bo)前校正實驗
實驗目的:通過實驗方法來(lai)研究將SPGD AO系(xi)統(tong)用(yong)于激(ji)光腔外光束凈化的(de)可(ke)行性。為此首先在實驗室內建(jian)立SPGDAO系(xi)統(tong),然后針對變形鏡主動引入的(de)動態波(bo)前畸變及人工湍流產(chan)生的(de)動態波(bo)前畸變進行校正實驗,以驗證SPGDAO系(xi)統(tong)的(de)校正能力。
測試設備:電壓放大器、波前傳感器(qi)、傾斜鏡(jing)(jing)、變形鏡(jing)(jing)、計算機(ji)等。
實驗過程:

自(zi)適應(ying)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)學(xue)系(xi)統(tong)用(yong)于(yu)演示在信(xin)(xin)標配合下的(de)(de)(de)激光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)發射,結(jie)構示意(yi)圖(tu)如圖(tu)1所(suo)示。兩(liang)套平行光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)管結(jie)構完全(quan)相同(tong),都內置(zhi)有He–Ne激光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)器、空間濾波(bo)(bo)(bo)裝置(zhi)、大口(kou)徑(jing)長(chang)(chang)焦(jiao)透(tou)鏡(jing)及(ji)(ji)模擬(ni)像(xiang)機(ji)。直徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)2mm、波(bo)(bo)(bo)長(chang)(chang)為(wei)(wei)632.8nm的(de)(de)(de)激光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)經(jing)空間濾波(bo)(bo)(bo)裝置(zhi)及(ji)(ji)大口(kou)徑(jing)長(chang)(chang)焦(jiao)透(tou)鏡(jing)后從平行光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)管輸(shu)出(chu),其直徑(jing)被擴展為(wei)(wei)110mm。同(tong)時,平行光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)管也(ye)可以(yi)接收平行光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)并通過透(tou)鏡(jing)成像(xiang)在模擬(ni)像(xiang)機(ji)上。傾(qing)斜鏡(jing)及(ji)(ji)變(bian)形鏡(jing)的(de)(de)(de)通光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)口(kou)徑(jing)分別為(wei)(wei)140mm及(ji)(ji)100mm,它(ta)們在工作時都需要(yao)直流高(gao)壓驅動(dong)。主控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)計算(suan)機(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)高(gao)速(su)處理(li)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)啟動(dong)與停止,高(gao)速(su)處理(li)機(ji)是(shi)電(dian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)部分的(de)(de)(de)核(he)心(xin),它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)包括:首(shou)先通過圖(tu)像(xiang)采集卡采集從夏克——哈特曼波(bo)(bo)(bo)前傳感器輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)CCD數(shu)字圖(tu)像(xiang),然后計算(suan)斜率矩陣(zhen)并復(fu)原出(chu)波(bo)(bo)(bo)前,接著(zhu)計算(suan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信(xin)(xin)號,由于(yu)此(ci)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信(xin)(xin)號為(wei)(wei)數(shu)字信(xin)(xin)號,還需要(yao)進(jin)行D/A轉換,最后輸(shu)出(chu)模擬(ni)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信(xin)(xin)號。電(dian)壓放大器負責將處理(li)機(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)模擬(ni)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信(xin)(xin)號放大成直流高(gao)壓以(yi)驅動(dong)傾(qing)斜鏡(jing)或變(bian)形鏡(jing)產(chan)生相應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)動(dong)作。診斷計算(suan)機(ji)用(yong)于(yu)分析信(xin)(xin)標光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)與主激光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)的(de)(de)(de)遠場光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)斑以(yi)評價自(zi)適應(ying)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)學(xue)系(xi)統(tong)閉(bi)環前、后光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)束(shu)質量的(de)(de)(de)改(gai)變(bian)。
實驗結果:
建立了SPGDAO實驗系統,并利用(yong)其進行了高(gao)能(neng)激光(guang)(guang)器的光(guang)(guang)束(shu)凈化仿真實驗與(yu)人工(gong)湍流下(xia)波前畸變的校正實驗。
