ATA-2082高壓放大器在磁電復合材料的低頻天線研究中的應用

安泰電子ATA-2082高壓放大(da)器,其內部采用線性(xing)放大(da)電路,具有低失真、高穩定的(de)特點(dian)。雙(shuang)通道獨立輸出,可分別(bie)驅動兩個負載(zai)。帶(dai)寬覆蓋DC-200kHz,支(zhi)持任意(yi)波形放大(da),以滿(man)足(zu)各類實(shi)驗的(de)測試。

實驗原理:磁(ci)電(dian)(dian)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)分為正(zheng)磁(ci)電(dian)(dian)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)與逆(ni)磁(ci)電(dian)(dian)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying),正(zheng)磁(ci)電(dian)(dian)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)是(shi)指磁(ci)電(dian)(dian)復(fu)合材(cai)料(liao)在(zai)交變磁(ci)場下(xia)(xia),其磁(ci)致(zhi)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)縮(suo)層(ceng)(ceng)由于磁(ci)致(zhi)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)縮(suo)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)會產(chan)生(sheng)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)變,通(tong)過(guo)界(jie)面耦(ou)合使壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)層(ceng)(ceng)發生(sheng)形(xing)變,進一步通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)產(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)場,即(ji)為磁(ci)能(neng)-機(ji)械能(neng)-電(dian)(dian)能(neng)之(zhi)間轉(zhuan)化;逆(ni)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)是(shi)指磁(ci)電(dian)(dian)復(fu)合材(cai)料(liao)在(zai)施加(jia)外加(jia)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)層(ceng)(ceng)由于逆(ni)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)產(chan)生(sheng)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)變,通(tong)過(guo)界(jie)面耦(ou)合使磁(ci)致(zhi)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)縮(suo)層(ceng)(ceng)發生(sheng)形(xing)變,在(zai)逆(ni)磁(ci)致(zhi)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)縮(suo)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)的作用下(xia)(xia)產(chan)生(sheng)磁(ci)場,即(ji)完成電(dian)(dian)能(neng)-機(ji)械能(neng)-磁(ci)能(neng)的轉(zhuan)化。

實驗過程:
采用(yong)動(dong)態掃頻法進行(xing)測試(shi)(shi),搭建(jian)好如圖所示的(de)測試(shi)(shi)環境(jing),首先(xian)將待(dai)測磁(ci)電(dian)(dian)異質結(jie)樣品(pin)(pin)放(fang)(fang)入(ru)自制(zhi)小螺線(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)中,使(shi)螺線(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)覆(fu)蓋(gai)住樣品(pin)(pin)并使(shi)樣品(pin)(pin)位于螺線(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)中央,在(zai)電(dian)(dian)腦上(shang)用(yong)Labview程序控(kong)制(zhi)鎖相放(fang)(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)交變(bian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),信號經(jing)(jing)過(guo)ATA-2082功率放(fang)(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)放(fang)(fang)大(da)加(jia)(jia)在(zai)磁(ci)電(dian)(dian)異質結(jie)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)層上(shang),并對(dui)此電(dian)(dian)路電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)用(yong)示波器(qi)(qi)進行(xing)檢測,保(bao)證加(jia)(jia)在(zai)樣品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)準確穩定,同時(shi)鎖相放(fang)(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)對(dui)螺線(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)的(de)感應電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)進行(xing)測試(shi)(shi),經(jing)(jing)Labview程序自動(dong)計算(suan)后將逆磁(ci)電(dian)(dian)耦合系數顯示在(zai)電(dian)(dian)腦上(shang)。測試(shi)(shi)時(shi)可對(dui)樣品(pin)(pin)施加(jia)(jia)直流(liu)偏置磁(ci)場(chang),使(shi)用(yong)Labview程序控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)源使(shi)另一亥姆霍茲線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)施加(jia)(jia)直流(liu)偏置磁(ci)場(chang)。
