  實驗內容:探究(jiu)電(dian)(dian)潤濕效(xiao)應在(zai)微通道內沸(fei)騰相變傳熱中影(ying)響作(zuo)用。在(zai)不同電(dian)(dian)潤濕參(can)數下,探究(jiu)電(dian)(dian)潤濕效(xiao)應對(dui)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)液界(jie)面行(xing)為影(ying)響分析,可視化(hua)觀察微通道內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泡尺寸(cun)、氣(qi)(qi)(qi)液界(jie)面行(xing)為,明(ming)確交流電(dian)(dian)潤濕效(xiao)應對(dui)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泡尺寸(cun)、氣(qi)(qi)(qi)液界(jie)面行(xing)為的影(ying)響及壁面溫度變化(hua)情況。

  實驗過程:以去離子(zi)(zi)水為工(gong)質(zhi)介(jie)(jie)質(zhi),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)注射(she)泵推動(dong)去離子(zi)(zi)水進(jin)入測試(shi)(shi)微通(tong)(tong)道(dao)。流(liu)體(ti)在測試(shi)(shi)段中(zhong)吸收由(you)直流(liu)電(dian)源提供(gong)的壁面加熱(re)熱(re)量(liang)后由(you)單相液體(ti)到沸(fei)騰相變流(liu)體(ti),并經微通(tong)(tong)道(dao)出(chu)口流(liu)入流(liu)體(ti)收集器。介(jie)(jie)電(dian)驅動(dong)電(dian)壓(ya)由(you)信號發生器提供(gong)并經功率(lv)(lv)放大器(Aigtek,ATA-2081)輸出(chu)(電(dian)壓(ya):0-360v,頻(pin)率(lv)(lv),0-2kHz)。通(tong)(tong)過(guo)PLC對驅動(dong)電(dian)極陣列順(shun)序(xu)供(gong)電(dian),可控制(zhi)微通(tong)(tong)道(dao)內氣-液界面振蕩。

  通(tong)過PLC繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)設計(ji)每(mei)5s施加介(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),然(ran)后斷開5s,并以此規律周(zhou)(zhou)期作(zuo)用(yong)。當施加介(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)50V后,在(zai)第一個周(zhou)(zhou)期,壁(bi)(bi)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)溫度(du)迅速(su)(su)從(cong)疏水(shui)壁(bi)(bi)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)102.8℃降(jiang)低到(dao)親水(shui)壁(bi)(bi)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)102.4℃;當關閉介(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),壁(bi)(bi)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)溫度(du)又(you)迅速(su)(su)上升(sheng)到(dao)102.8℃。在(zai)后面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)幾(ji)個周(zhou)(zhou)期,均觀(guan)察到(dao)在(zai)介(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)作(zuo)用(yong)下壁(bi)(bi)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)溫度(du)迅速(su)(su)下降(jiang),關閉電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),壁(bi)(bi)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)又(you)迅速(su)(su)上升(sheng)。當介(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為60v時,也觀(guan)察到(dao)類似現象。實驗結果(guo)表明,在(zai)微通(tong)道內(nei)流(liu)動(dong)沸騰條件下,通(tong)過交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)潤濕效應對(dui)(dui)壁(bi)(bi)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)溫度(du)有冷(leng)卻的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong),且溫度(du)響應變化非常迅速(su)(su)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)潤濕作(zuo)用(yong)使(shi)汽(qi)液界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)在(zai)毫(hao)秒級時間內(nei)發生明顯(xian)周(zhou)(zhou)期性(xing)振蕩。汽(qi)液界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)振蕩使(shi)汽(qi)泡干涸區域(yu)被(bei)周(zhou)(zhou)期性(xing)潤濕,從(cong)而降(jiang)低了(le)壁(bi)(bi)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)溫度(du)。發現由功率放(fang)大(da)(da)器(qi)施加的(de)(de)驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)越大(da)(da),壁(bi)(bi)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)溫度(du)的(de)(de)減(jian)少越明顯(xian),但頻率對(dui)(dui)壁(bi)(bi)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)溫度(du)的(de)(de)減(jian)少不(bu)明顯(xian)。
